These terms and conditions govern the use of the Fenrir website and B2B portal. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website and purchase products. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. B2B Accounts

B2B accounts are available to registered businesses in Portugal. Account approval is at the discretion of Fenrir. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through the B2B portal are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are agreed upon during the account setup process and may vary by client.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Fenrir is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns

Returns of unopened products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact your account manager to initiate a return.

7. Liability

Fenrir's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
